Returns & Exchange
Overview
Every Zaurelle creation is prepared with exceptional care and attention to detail. If an eligible return or exchange is required, the House is committed to providing a considered and seamless resolution in accordance with the policy below.
By placing an order with Zaurelle, the client acknowledges and accepts this Return & Exchange Policy.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Be returned in its original condition with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and accompanying materials.
- Show no signs of wear, damage, misuse, stains, fragrance, or alteration.
Items that do not satisfy these conditions may be declined at the sole discretion of the House.
Exchange
Eligible products may be exchanged for another available size or, where applicable, another product of equal or higher value.
Exchanges remain subject to product availability at the time the request is processed.
If the selected replacement exceeds the original order value, the client will be required to pay the difference before dispatch.
Zaurelle House Credit
Zaurelle does not issue monetary refunds.
Once an eligible return has been received, inspected, and approved, the client will receive Zaurelle House Credit equal to the approved value of the returned item.
Zaurelle House Credit:
- May be redeemed exclusively on www.zaurelle.com.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.
- May be applied toward a future purchase.
- Remains subject to its stated validity period at the time of issue.
Non-Eligible Returns
The following are not eligible for return or exchange unless required under applicable law:
- Products returned outside the eligible return period.
- Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without original tags or packaging.
- Items intentionally damaged or modified after receipt.
Return Review
All returned products undergo inspection upon receipt.
Approval of a return or exchange is granted only after the House confirms that the returned item satisfies the conditions outlined in this policy.
Return Shipping
Where a return is approved, the Zaurelle Concierge will provide further instructions regarding the return process.
The House reserves the right to determine the appropriate return method based on the circumstances of each request.
