Overview
Zaurelle delivers every order through carefully selected logistics partners to ensure secure, reliable, and considered delivery.
As the House currently operates on a Pre-Order model, each creation is prepared following successful order confirmation. Shipping timelines therefore include both the preparation period and the subsequent delivery period.
Shipping Regions
Zaurelle currently ships across India.
International shipping will be introduced in alignment with the House’s expansion.
Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment.
A confirmation email will be issued once the order has been successfully placed.
Dispatch Timeline
All Zaurelle products are currently offered on a Pre-Order basis.
Orders are prepared exclusively for each client and are generally dispatched within approximately 30 days from the date of order confirmation.
During collection launches, exceptional demand, or unforeseen operational circumstances, dispatch timelines may reasonably vary.
Should a significant delay occur, the client will be informed accordingly.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery begins after dispatch.
Within India:
- Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
- Other Regions: 7–10 business days
Delivery estimates may vary depending on destination, logistics conditions, weather, public holidays, or courier operations. Zaurelle does not guarantee specific delivery dates.
Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout prior to payment.
The House may extend complimentary shipping on selected orders at its sole discretion.
Order Tracking
Once an order has been dispatched, the client will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information.
Delivery progress may be monitored directly through the assigned logistics partner.
Delivery Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
Zaurelle is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect shipping details, recipient unavailability, courier disruptions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond the House’s reasonable control.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If an order appears delayed or lost during transit, clients are encouraged to contact the Zaurelle Concierge.
The House will coordinate with the logistics partner to investigate the shipment and provide reasonable assistance toward its resolution.
